• B2B Users: Must be a licensed medical retailer, clinic, hospital, or authorized distributor with valid Drug License, GSTIN, and PAN.
• B2C Users: Must be 18+ and capable of providing valid prescriptions where required.

2. Account Registration

• You must submit accurate business or personal details during registration.
• B2B users must upload valid documentation. Accounts are verified within 1-2 business days.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Prescription Compliance

• Prescription drugs will be dispensed only after valid prescription upload and pharmacist approval.
• We reserve the right to reject any order not complying with local drug laws.

4. Order Acceptance & Processing

• Orders are subject to availability and verification.
• B2B Minimum Order Value (MOV) and product-wise MOQs may apply.
• In case of errors, we reserve the right to cancel or modify orders with prior notice.

5. Pricing & Payment
