1. User Eligibility
B2B Users: Must be a licensed medical retailer, clinic, hospital, or authorized distributor with a valid Drug License, GSTIN, and PAN.
B2C Users: Must be 18+ and capable of providing valid prescriptions where required.
2. Account Registration
You must submit accurate business or personal details during registration.
B2B users must upload valid documentation. Accounts are verified within 1–2 business days.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. Prescription Compliance
Prescription drugs will be dispensed only after valid prescription upload and pharmacist approval.
We reserve the right to reject any order not complying with local drug laws.
4. Order Acceptance & Processing
Orders are subject to availability and verification.
B2B Minimum Order Value (MOV) and product-wise MOQs may apply.
In case of errors, we reserve the right to cancel or modify orders with prior notice.
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise mentioned.
B2B: Bulk/volume-based discounts may apply.
B2C: Payment is due at checkout. COD availability may vary by location.
7. Delivery & Shipping
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.
Delays may occur due to stock shortages or logistics disruptions.
Real-time tracking is available on the dashboard.

B2B returns are permitted only for wrong, damaged, or short-expiry products.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages resulting from misuse, unauthorized sale, or incorrect administration of products.
